- Services related to the product, such as assembly or installation, will be providedafter delivery.
- Delivery timelines are subject to holidays, unforeseen circumstances such as lockdowns, and natural calamities.
- Once your product has been dispatched, we will notify you.

Are There Any Shipping Charges?
- Shipping charges apply to certain pin codes.
- Any additional charges, such asentry taxes,will be borne by us.

Exceptional Cases:
- If we agree to deliver to anon-serviceable pin code, you may be required tocover the shipping costs in advance.

What Should I Check When the Product Is Delivered?
Upon delivery, please inspect the product for the following:
- External Surfaces:Check for anybreakages, cracks, chips, unfinished patches, or insect infestations.
- Surface Finish:If the product appears dusty or lacks shine, our team can apply acoat of wood polishor clean it with a cloth.
- Assembly:For products requiringassembly,ensure the delivery team assembles them and that allnuts and boltsare provided.
- Wall Installation:If your product requireswall installation, decide on the location before delivery and instruct the team accordingly. Ensure you havenecessary permissionsfor drilling.
- Stability:For floor-standing products, check if they stand steady and straight.
- If a leg isuneven (≤5mm), we will install a bush for balance.
- If a leg isuneven (>5mm), we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
- Seating Products:Sit on the item to check for stability.
- Storage Units:Internal areas are finished to preventsplinters, though the polish inside may differ from the outer finish.
- Wood Characteristics:
- Naturalgrain patterns, minor stain differences, and small knotsare part of the wood’s nature.
- Anystructurally weak knotsare rejected during quality control.
- Seasonal Expansion:Somehardwood products may expand slightly in summer, causing drawers to get stuck. Contact ourafter-sales service teamif this occurs.
Note:
Once the delivery team leaves, we will only covermanufacturing defectsand fair usage breakages as per ourwarranty policy.
What If I Receive a Damaged Product?
We followstrict quality control measuresto ensure that products meet our standards before delivery.
If you receive a damaged product:
