Do You Ship to My City or Location?

We currently deliver within Karnataka. We are expanding to other cities soon and will keep you informed.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

  1. Products are typically dispatched within 10 days of order confirmation, depending on your location.
  2. Services related to the product, such as assembly or installation, will be provided after delivery.
  3. Delivery timelines are subject to holidays, unforeseen circumstances such as lockdowns, and natural calamities.
  4. Once your product has been dispatched, we will notify you.

All products are transported and delivered using Sofas & More or its partner delivery network.

While we strive to deliver your product within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay, please contact us for an update on your shipment.

Are There Any Shipping Charges?

  • Shipping charges apply to certain pin codes.
  • Any additional charges, such as entry taxes, will be borne by us.
  • When you enter your pin code while placing an order, our system will inform you whether shipping charges apply.

Exceptional Cases:

  • If we agree to deliver to a non-serviceable pin code, you may be required to cover the shipping costs in advance.

What Should I Check When the Product Is Delivered?

Upon delivery, please inspect the product for the following:

  • External Surfaces: Check for any breakages, cracks, chips, unfinished patches, or insect infestations.
  • Surface Finish: If the product appears dusty or lacks shine, our team can apply a coat of wood polish or clean it with a cloth.
  • Assembly: For products requiring assembly, ensure the delivery team assembles them and that all nuts and bolts are provided.
  • Wall Installation: If your product requires wall installation, decide on the location before delivery and instruct the team accordingly. Ensure you have necessary permissions for drilling.
  • Stability: For floor-standing products, check if they stand steady and straight.
    • If a leg is uneven (≤5mm), we will install a bush for balance.
    • If a leg is uneven (>5mm), we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
  • Seating Products: Sit on the item to check for stability.
  • Storage Units: Internal areas are finished to prevent splinters, though the polish inside may differ from the outer finish.
  • Wood Characteristics:
    • Natural grain patterns, minor stain differences, and small knots are part of the wood’s nature.
    • Any structurally weak knots are rejected during quality control.
  • Seasonal Expansion: Some hardwood products may expand slightly in summer, causing drawers to get stuck. Contact our after-sales service team if this occurs.

Note:

Once the delivery team leaves, we will only cover manufacturing defects and fair usage breakages as per our warranty policy.

What If I Receive a Damaged Product?

We follow strict quality control measures to ensure that products meet our standards before delivery.

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Inform the delivery team immediately.

Our team will assess the damage and respond within two business days. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Offer a replacement

Can I Cancel My Order?

Order cancellations are not permitted in most cases.
